**Experience the ancient healing practice of Reiki at Divine Nation.** Reiki is a gentle, holistic form of energy healing with roots in ancient traditions and was rediscovered in the late 1800s by Dr. Mikao Usui of Japan. This practice works by channeling universal life force energy to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. The word *Reiki* comes from the Japanese words *rei*, meaning universal, and *ki*, meaning life energy — together translating to *universal life energy*. For optimal health and well-being, this vital energy is believed to flow in a balanced and harmonious way throughout the body. When that flow becomes disrupted, it can contribute to physical, emotional, or energetic imbalances. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of balance within the body. Because prolonged stress is known to negatively affect overall health, many people turn to Reiki as a supportive practice to help restore calm, clarity, and well-being. Having witnessed its healing potential from an early age, I feel deeply called to share this work with others. I may incorporate supportive tools such as crystals, guided meditation, sound healing and energy balancing techniques to best address each client's unique needs. Sessions may be performed using hands-on or hands-off methods, depending on comfort and preference. Reiki services are available at our home temple, and I am also available for mobile sessions in homes, hospitals, or institutions where permitted.
